Sushil Marine Services, led by Mr. Suraj Mande, is a dedicated maritime training platform committed to preparing students for successful careers in the Merchant Navy and Cruise Industry.
Between 2020 and 2023, we trained more than 200 students, all of whom are now successfully working onboard ships. Our results speak through our students’ achievements across merchant vessels and cruise liners.
Due to unavoidable circumstances, our training programs were temporarily paused for two years. However, during this period, we received continuous requests from students who were facing serious challenges — high course fees, lack of proper guidance, delayed results, and wasted time at other institutes.
Listening to those concerns, we made a strong decision.
We are now back — stronger, smarter, and fully digital.
